Over 600 tourists from Chengdu, Panzhihua, Chongqing and Kunming arrived in Yichang on March 2 by the first tourist train, which was arranged by Xiazhou International Travel Service Co., Ltd. The tourist train is an initiative launched by the government to attract people from other parts of China to experience and fall in love with Hubei. The tourists visited the Three Gorges Bamboo Sea Scenic Spot in Zigui. Altogether there will be ten tourist trains in the whole month.
