The construction site of the Dagongqiao Detention Tank of Phase II Project of “Two Networks” on May 5

　　The “Two Networks” Phase II Project (phase II PPP project of the joint construction of the sewage plant network and ecological water network in the urban district of Yichang) is a new model of ecological protection and restoration of the Yangtze River co-constructed by Yichang and Three Gorges Group. It mainly focuses on the four tasks of improving the quality of sewage in the dry season, overflow pollution control in the rainy season, water logging control and shoreline ecological restoration, including the detection and dredging of about 900 kilometers of underground pipelines in the urban area, new constructions and expansions of the sewage plant network, and intelligent water services. After completion, it will eliminate the hidden danger of urban water logging and improve the urban water environment.

　　Up to now, construction of the 29 sub-projects of the “Two Networks” have all started, of which 5 are finished, and the remaining sub-projects will be completed at the end of next year.
