On December 29, 2023, the main structure of the new Yichang Archives Building, namely, the first-phase project of the Yichang Public Activity Center undertaken by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group, was completed. Located on the city’s axis, the newly built construction together with the Yichang Museum and the Yichang Urban Planning Exhibition Hall makes a unique cultural trio, and serves as an impressive landmark of Yichang.
