Tourists at the Three Gorges Waterfall Scenic Area lined up to cross under the waterfall and get drenched while experiencing the refreshing and thrilling natural beauty up close on August 12.

　　Despite the ongoing summer heat, tourism at the Three Gorges Waterfall Scenic Area has been booming. From July 1 to August 10, the scenic area welcomed a total of 430,000 visitors, marking a 10% increase compared to the same period last year.
